Get SUP Fit

Stand-up paddle boarding is a global cultural and athletic phenomenon. The wobbly board surface makes it very effective for building the core muscle groups (stomach and lower back) and for training muscles to enhance your SUP performance, and the skills can easily transfer over to other dynamic athletic sports. At the SUP Shackwe have all the tools you need to get you SUP Fit in 2023.

The SUP Fit Hour of Power workout includes:

  • SUP Yoga
  •  1 hour paddling around the calm Santa Cruz Harbor on our stable boards
  • Our workout includes paddling, squats, planks, and easy yoga

Workouts happen rain or shine all through the winter – the Santa Cruz Harbor is the best place in town to get out on your board year-round.

Starting June 2023 we will meet at the SUP Shack at these times.  Must make an appointment to join.
