Stand-up paddle boarding is a global cultural and athletic phenomenon. The wobbly board surface makes it very effective for building the core muscle groups (stomach and lower back) and for training muscles to enhance your SUP performance, and the skills can easily transfer over to other dynamic athletic sports. At the SUP Shack, we have all the tools you need to get you SUP Fit in 2019.
The SUP Fit workout includes:
- One hour of paddling around the calm Santa Cruz Harbor on our stable boards
- Our workout includes paddling, squats, planks, and easy yoga
Workouts happen rain or shine all through the winter – the Santa Cruz Harbor is the best place in town to get out on your board year-round.
- What to Bring
Just yourself, wearing comfortable clothing – shorts, t-shirts. We rent wetsuits for $10. Just let us know if you need one.
- Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the date of reservation to avoid any cancellation fees.
All reservations are required to be paid prior to your visit to the SUP Shack. This can be done by clicking on the Book Now button. Any bookings canceled within 24 hours are charged in full at the time of reservation. Walk-ins are welcome and are served on a first come, first served basis.
